4. Data Collection and Sharing

The reviewed version of FixCycle does not include:

7. Data Security

FixCycle uses Android application storage for maintenance records and settings.

Android's application sandbox provides isolation between applications under normal operating conditions.

The reviewed version disables Android application backup through its application configuration.

No remote account or cloud synchronization is required.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security settings on their devices, including screen locks and operating system updates.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Maintenance records remain in the App's local storage until they are deleted through available App functions, Android application data is cleared, or the App is uninstalled.

Users can delete individual active maintenance tasks within the App.

Completed maintenance records are stored in the local maintenance history.

To remove all locally stored FixCycle information, users can:

1. Open Android device Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps and select FixCycle.
3. Select Storage or Storage & cache.
4. Choose Clear storage or Clear data.

Uninstalling FixCycle also removes its normal app-private local records.

Clearing App storage is irreversible unless the user has independently retained a copy of the information.

Because the App does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database of maintenance records, SHAPOL BRIGHTON LIMITED cannot remotely access or individually delete records stored only on the user's device.

9. Children's Privacy

FixCycle is a general home maintenance utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

The App does not include advertising, account registration, or user-tracking functionality.

Users should avoid entering personal information about children into maintenance notes or other optional fields.

10. Third-Party Services

The reviewed version of FixCycle does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or cloud data storage services.

The App uses Android operating system functionality for notifications, local storage, and scheduling.
